DHCD's Housing Preservation Unit (HPU) is hosting a pre-application conference to address questions from prospective applicants. All questions received by Tuesday March 10 will be compiled into a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheet. Responses will be provided at the Pre-Application Conference and shared with all registered participants.

DHCD’s Housing Preservation Unit (HPU) District Opportunity to Purchase Act (DOPA) – Property Management Services Grant - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will pre-qualify residential property managers and offer a grant to manage properties the District acquires through the District Opportunity to Purchase Act (D.C.
