NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA's

The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will host a public hearing in-person and virtually to discuss FY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Section 108 Proposed Projects. The public can participate and provide comments or feedback by attending the hearing in person or online.

The District of Columbia (the District) accepted entitlement funds received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is published for the public and HUD, detailing the performance outcomes derived from entitlement funds granted in 2024 federal allocation.
