The Department of Housing and Community Development will present a free educational opportunity for Tenants. This session will provide an overview of the District of Columbia's Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act of 1980 relating to tenants' rights to purchase their building and first right of refusal when a landlord/property owner sells an apartment building.
