The Department of Housing and Community Development will present an educational opportunity for Realtors and Housing Providers. This session will provide an overview of the District of Columbia's Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act of 1980 relating to tenants' rights to purchase their building and first right of refusal.

Residents who require language interpretation should specify the language (i.e. Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese-Mandarin Cantonese, Amharic, French or other). Professional interpretation services will be provided to pre-registered persons only.
