In the Spring 2026 Bundle Solicitation for Offers (SFO), DHCD’s Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD) has thirteen sites available for acquisition and development into mixed-income affordable housing, either for sale housing or rental housing.
Developers are required to sell or rent 50% of the units to residents with income at or below 80% of the Median Family Income (MFI). PADD is hosting a Pre-Bidders Meeting on the development sites available in the Spring 2026 Bundle Solicitation for Offers (SFO):
