Neighborhood Development Co. Lands Financing For Deanwood Affordable Project

A new affordable housing project on the eastern edge of D.C. is moving forward.
Neighborhood Development Co. secured financing this week for a 63-unit project with 4K SF of retail at 1100 Eastern Ave. NE. It plans to break ground next month and deliver the project in 2021.
