The DC Department of Housing and Community Development  (DHCD) is releasing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment of the following vacant properties:

• 2206 16th Street SE
• 202 36th Street SE
• 4404 Foote Street NE
• 1325 Montello Avenue NE

DHCD, through this RFP, will rehabilitate this vacant and blighted home into much need affordable housing, continuing the push to meet the District-wide housing goals of producing 36,000 new units, of which 12,000 will be affordable across ten planning areas, set by Mayor Bowser through the 2019 Housing Equity Report.
