DHCD Information Session: TOPA Updates + Tenant Support Providers

Join DHCD for the information session to highlight the upcoming workshops to provide updates on TOPA and if you're interested in learning about becoming a Tenant Support Provider.

Tenant Support Provider Certification Training - September 15, 2026: DHCD's Residential and Community Services Division is hosting a mandatory in-person certification training for Tenant Support Providers on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

DHCD Workshops TOPA and Rental Act Updates: DHCD's Rental Conversion and Sale Division (CASD) is conducting workshops to provide guidance and highlight the changes to Rental Housing and Conversion Act of 1980 (TOPA) as amended by the Rental Act on the following dates:

  • September 22, 2026 | 10 am - 12 pm | Virtual
  • October 6, 2026 | 11 am - 1 pm | In-Person
  • October 20, 2026 | 10 am - 12 pm | Virtual
