FY2015 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Hearing
The Department of Housing and Community Development has scheduled a public hearing in preparation for the submission of the FY 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD, DHCD is soliciting public comment on the District’s effectiveness during FY2015 at using federal funds to meet the District’s housing and community development needs. These comments will form part of DHCD’s and the District’s evaluation, as required by federal regulations (24 CFR 91.520). This hearing is reserved for a discussion of the DHCD’s FY2015 performance.
