As part of the amendment, the District must determine, with community input, how it will spend the second allocation in funding for Federal Fiscal Year 2011 in the amount of $447,499.

(Washington, DC) John E. Hall, Director of the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), released the final 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP is DHCD's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits allotted to the District of Columbia by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
