5th Annual DC Housing Expo
The DC Department of Housing and Community Development, in partnership with the Greater Washington Urban League, will celebrate National Homeownership Month by hosting the 5th Annual DC Housing Expo “Welcome Home.” The expo will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The Expo will provide resources for all residents of the District, including information for renters, homeowners, potential homeowners, landlords and residents facing foreclosure. View details here.
Submission Deadline for HPAP Program RFA Applications
The deadline for submission of grant applications is Friday, May 10, 2013 at 4:00 pm. The RFA can be downloaded here.
Funding under this notice is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of fiscal year 2014.

Expo Housing Lottery 51-80% AMI Qualifications

The Department of Housing and Community Development will award an opportunity to purchase a newly renovated house, by lottery, to a purchaser whose annual income is between 51 and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
