Public Hearing - Homeowner Assistance Fund

A virtual public hearing on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 6:30 pm, to discuss the District’s draft Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) plan.

Submission of the final HAF Plan to the U.S. Treasury (“Treasury”) is required in order for the District to receive up to $50 million in federal assistance for existing homeowners. The HAF, was established in Section 3206 of the American Rescue Plan Act 2021.
