This session will provide an overview of the District of Columbia's Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act of 1980 relating to tenants' rights to purchase their building and first right of refusal when a landlord/property owner sells an apartment building.

The Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) Advisory Board announces its next Meeting on Monday, July 14, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 1200 p.m. at the DHCD, Housing Resource Center, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020. This is a date change from the regularly scheduled first Monday meetings. The Board agreed to combine its July and August meetings. At this time, there will be no regularly scheduled August meeting.
