In October 2014 the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released the 2014 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) 2014 Designation Application. The attached document provides a general overview of a HOME Program CHDO Set-Aside and CHDO requirements so potential applicants can assess the benefits of becoming a CHDO and determine whether or not this designation makes sense for their particular organization. This application is intended for use by those organizations seeking to become a District of Columbia-designated CHDO.  Application materials are included herein.
