The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) would like to hear from District residents and stakeholders on the FY 23 RHP Action Plan Amendment. The FY 23 RHP Action Plan Amendment outlines the use of the FY 23 RHP allocation to provide affordable rental housing for persons living with a substance use disorder (SUD). The draft amendment is available for review from August 2, 2022, to August 16, 2022.

Residents and stakeholders should send written statements via United States Postal Service (USPS) to Drew Hubbard, Interim Director, DHCD, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20020, or email to [email protected]. In addition, DHCD must receive public statements by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
