The 2007 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is a summary of the accomplishments under the District of Columbia’s FY2007 Annual Action Plan. The 2007 CAPER consists of narrative statements which explain the progress made in carrying out the activities and achieving the objectives and priorities set forth in the 2007 Annual Action Plan.
