The FY 2008 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is a summary of the accomplishments under the District of Columbia’s FY 2008 Annual Action Plan during Program year 2007. The FY 2008 CAPER consists of narrative statements which explain the progress made in carrying out the activities and achieving the objectives and priorities set forth in the FY 2008 Annual Action Plan.
