The FY 2009 Action Plan is not only an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for federal fiscal year 2008 funding; it is also a statement of the strategic activities that DHCD, as the District’s designated program administrator, intends to undertake during FY 2009 to implement the strategic goals set forth in the Five Year Consolidated Plan.
