DHCD will hold a community outreach and a pre-purchase orientation session for District’s Ivy City Special Demonstration Project on Saturday, April 18.

(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold a community outreach and a pre-purchase orientation session for District’s Ivy City Special Demonstration Project on Saturday, April 18 from 10 am to 12 pm at the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, 1000 Mt. Olivet Road, NE.

Manna, Mission First Development, Habitat for Humanity and Mi Casa Inc. will discuss the housing development projects for Ivy City. Housing Counseling Services will conduct a pre-purchase orientation session for first-time homebuyers and individuals interested in applying for the District government’s Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP).
