Official Code Section 42-3171.03 (a)(1), the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at DHCD 1st Floor Conference Room,1800 Martin Luther King Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020, to consider the proposed disposition of the following property.

The above property was included in a Solicitation for Offers issued by DHCD to the general public on August 27, 2010. The above property was awarded to Neighborhood Development Company, through a competitive selection process.

The public hearing is being conducted in order to assure that citizens are informed about the selling of the properties identified above to the named buyer, and to ensure that all citizens have the opportunity to present publicly their views concerning such sale.
