WASHINGTON, DC – On March 3, 2015, the Council of the District of Columbia unanimously approved the appointment of Polly Donaldson as the Director of the Washington, DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Donaldson is managing 172 employees, 14 program areas and an operating budget of over $200 million dollars.
