The District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is releasing this Request for Applications (RFA) for the Affordable Rental Covenants Pilot Program (ARC). Through this RFA, the District will award financial subsidies to housing providers in exchange for placing affordability covenants on one or more vacant rental units for a period of not less than fifteen (15) years.
