Potential homebuyers who are selected from the inclusionary zoning (IZ) unit lotteries held by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) must secure financing to complete the purchase. Buyers may use any lender qualified to do business in the District, and while DHCD does not endorse any of them, the following lenders are willing to provide purchase money for Inclusionary Units:
