DC Interagency Council on Homelessness Housing Solutions Committee
The DC Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH) Housing Solutions Committee will meet to review housing inventory needs over the five year plan period to achieve goals related to ending homelessness.
DHCD Education Series: Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) for Tenants
The Department of Housing and Community Development will present an educational opportunity for Tenants. This session will provide an overview of the District of Columbia's Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act of 1980 (TOPA) relating to tenants' rights to purchase their building and first right of refusal when a landlord/property owner sells an apartment building.
