The Housing Regulation Administration (HRA) would like to invite you to attend our first 2012 quarterly Housing Provider  Stakeholder meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 12:00 -2:00 pm at the Department of Housing and Community Development, in the Housing Resource Center, located at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue, SE, 1st Floor, Washington, D.C.  We are located on the corner of Good Hope Road, SE and Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE.

DHCD is holding a Stakeholder’s Meeting for non-profit and for profit organizations, developers, lenders and other government agencies to discuss funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) program, Department of Mental Health (DMH) program, 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits program, Community Housing Development Organizations operating grants, Housing Counseling Services grants, and Sustainable Grants, all administered by DHCD.

Law 16-275; D.C. Official Code § 6-1041.07) (“Inclusionary Zoning Act”) and Mayor’s Order 2008-59, dated April 2, 2008, hereby gives notice of request for comments to Chapter 22 entitled “Inclusionary Zoning Implementation” of Title 14 (Housing) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (“DCMR”).
