DHCD Releases Draft QAP For Review

The Qualified Allocation Plan is DHCD's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits allotted to the District of Columbia by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

(Washington, DC)  John E. Hall, Director of the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), is seeking public comment on the draft 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP is DHCD's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits allotted to the District of Columbia by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

The 2012 draft QAP can be downloaded below.  A hard copy of the draft QAP will be available for review at DHCD’s headquarters, located at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020, in the Housing Resource Center on the first floor.

Any comments and concerns can be emailed to [email protected] or sent by mail to the Department of Housing and Community Development, Attn. Valisha Ward, Project Manager, Portfolio Management Division, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, Washington DC 20020. All comments must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on March 19, 2012.
