The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has released a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) that is seeking proposals to build affordable housing designated toward households making no more than $93,760 (80 percent of the 2018 Median Family Income [MFI] for a family of four), at 199 Chesapeake Street SW.
The pre-bid meeting is being held for entities to learn more about the parcels and the solicitation process.
