DHCD Education Series: Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) for Realtors and Housing Providers
The Department of Housing and Community Development will present an educational opportunity for Realtors and Housing Providers on Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. This session will provide an overview of the District of Columbia’s Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act of 1980 relating to tenants’ rights to purchase their building and first right of refusal.
