Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) issues notices to owners of affordable housing projects developed with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOME Investment funds in the District of Columbia stating that they are hereby notified to file the 2013 Annual Owner’s Certifications of Compliance and 2014 Monitoring Compliance Fees (fees are only for Tax Credit funded properties), as required by the LIHTC and HOME Investment Partnerships Act by Monday, February 17, 2014.

The Fiscal Year 2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (the “FY2013 CAPER”) is a summary of the accomplishments under the District of Columbia’s Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan (the “FY2013 Annual Action Plan”). The FY2013 CAPER consists of narrative statements which explain the progress made in carrying out the activities, and achieving the objectives and priorities set forth in the FY2013 Annual Action Plan. It also describes the methods used to comply with federal regulations.

The Rental Housing Commission (Commission) has scheduled for public hearing the appeal filed by the Tenant/Appellant from the Decision and Order dated May 13, 2010. The Commission will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at 441 4th Street, N.W., Suite 1140BN, Washington, D.C. 20001.
