Through this Solicitation for Offer (SFO), DHCD intends to dispose of the parcel at 58th and Dix Streets, NE for (re) development as a mixed use development with an affordable housing component in the Northeast Boundary community of Ward 7.

This parcel will be awarded to a developer for the purpose of planning, financing, building and managing a mixed-income for-rent, housing development. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 6 pm at DHCD’s Housing Resource Center, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr Avenue SE on October 30, 2018.
