Greater Congress Heights Sites (Alabama Avenue SE) Solicitation for Offers

Through this Solicitation for Offers (SFO), the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking proposals to build affordable housing designated toward households making no more than $93,760 (80 percent of the 2018 Median Family Income [MFI] for a family of four), at the following Greater Congress Heights sites: 1444, 1452, and 1454 Alabama Avenue SE. The original deadline for submitting proposals was October 29, 2018, but it has been extended to November 5, 2018. A pre-bid meeting was held at 6:00 p.m. at DHCD’s Housing Resource Center, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. SE on August 29.
