Housing Production Trust Fund Advisory Board Members

The statute provides for nine board members, appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, representing related categories, with four-year terms. Selected representations are as follows:

Susanne V. Slater (Chairman), President and CEO for Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC, serving as the financial services industry member. 

Lynn French, Executive Director of Hope and a Home, representing an organization that advocates for the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Stanley Jackson, President and CEO of the Anacostia Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), representing significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Charles Lowery, Director of State Regulatory Relations at Ocwen Financial Corporation, representing an individual with significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Chapman Todd, Principal of Jaydot LLC, which consults on the development of supportive and affordable housing projects, with a particular emphasis on working with faith-based organizations to create apartment units for persons who have been homeless.

Colleen Green, DHCD Director, serving as an ex-officio member of the Board. Ms. Green has extensive experience in finance, real estate, advisory services, operations, strategic planning, and business development. Throughout her career, Ms. Green has developed over 2000 units of housing and overseen the acquisitions and dispositions for a $60 million national real estate investment fund.
