All private/public sector developers participating in the IZ program must complete an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP) in order to attract qualified prospective buyers or tenants of all minority and non-minority groups in the housing market area regardless of their race, color, national origin, disability familial status, religion, or sex.
