On July 15, 2016, the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) posted a RFA soliciting applications from organizations to serve as a Homebuyer Programs Administrator (HPA) for DHCD’s homeownership programs. This notice extends the response date. The new application submission deadline is Monday, August 22, 2016 at 4 pm eastern time.
