The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) seeks to identify a qualified developer or development/property management team for the possible assignment of its right to purchase the property located at 801, 803, 805, 809 and 811 R Street NW. The District is acting to preserve affordable housing under the District Opportunity to Purchase Amendment Act of 2008 (D.C. Official Code 2001 ed., as amended, §42-3404.31 et seq.) (DOPA).
