DHCD Education Series: Nuts and Bolts of Notices to Vacate

The seminar will be held Thursday, April 8 from 6 pm – 8 pm at DHCD’s headquarters.

(Washington, DC) – The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold a seminar entitled “Nuts and Bolts of Notices to Vacate” on Thursday, April 8 from 6 pm - 8 pm at DHCD’s Headquarters.  DHCD is located at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, and the seminar will be held in the DHCD Housing Resource Center’s 1st Floor Conference Room. This seminar is part of DHCD’s Education Series.

Seminar topics include:

  • What you should know when considering Notices to Vacate, and
  • The types of Notices to Vacate available.
