(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold an "Education Series" session for ANC's, Neighborhood Groups, Civic Associations and Citizen Associations on Tuesday, March 23.  The session will held at DHCD, located at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, Washington, DC, 1st Floor Conference Room, and will begin at 6:30 p.m.  Attendees will learn about DHCD's programs, services, projects, funding sources and eligibility requirements.
