(Washington, DC) - Owners of affordable housing projects developed with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOME funds in the District of Columbia are hereby notified to file the 2010 Owner’s Annual Certifications of Compliance and 2011 Monitoring Compliance Fees, as required by federal regulations, by May 20, 2011. The documents required for the owner’s annual compliance monitoring responsibilities with the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) are listed below and available for download by clicking here.
The LIHTC or HOME Owner’s Certificate of Continuing Program must be submitted and signed by an authorized member of the ownership entity. The Building Status and Vacancy Report along with the Project Summary Description (Current Project History) documents both must be returned electronically to [email protected].
