Applicants Must Be Committed to Affordable Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization
Today, the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is announcing that local organizations can apply for grants to use in providing housing counseling services to District residents, and small business assistance and façade improvements services to District businesses.
