(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) announces the availability of the District of Columbia Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2010.
The document provides information on the local and federal dollars spent on efforts to preserve affordable housing, assist residents in becoming homeowners, promote community development, assist persons living with AIDS with housing and support services, and provide housing and support to homeless persons. The CAPER is the District of Columbia’s report to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on its progress in meeting the goals of the FY 2010 Consolidated Action Plan, and was submitted to HUD on December 30, 2010.
