Pepco and building management are predicting that the office building will be open for business after the holiday on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.
WASHINGTON, DC – The D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) headquarters located at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. SE Washington, DC 20020, will be closed on Monday, November 10, 2014 due to a power outage affecting the office building.
