DHCD’s Property Acquisition Disposition Division is extending an invitation to transform real property from DHCD’s inventory, through the Winter 2025 Requests for Proposals. DHCD is offering properties and championing equity inclusion and capacity building.  

• In Equity Inclusion, we’re prioritizing diversity and inclusiveness by giving preference to small, local, and disadvantaged businesses, ensuring equal opportunity and access for all.  
• Through, Capacity Building, we’re empowering small businesses by offering multiple sites in each RFP, enabling small, disadvantaged developers to participate in our affordable housing initiative and grow their operations.
