The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is hosting a virtual hearing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, January 27 for public input on the following documents that will be submitted to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD):
- Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) details how the District spent its federal funds for housing, homelessness, community development, economic development, and housing and supportive services for persons and families living with AIDS/HIV activities
- Recovery Housing Program Plan (RHP) outlines a strategy to acquire and develop affordable rental housing for persons living with a substance use disorder
- HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) American Rescue Plan (ARP) Allocation Plan outlines a strategy to provide housing for single adults experiencing homelessness who are not eligible for permanent supportive housing.
