NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA's

The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will host a public hearing in-person and virtually to discuss the applications. The public can participate and provide comments or feedback by attending the hearing in person or online.

  • Deadline: Saturday, October 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

The Draft FY 2024 Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (Pro Housing) Application and the Draft Section 108 Loan Guarantee Application for a Revolving Loan Fund #2 will be available for review on September 27, 2024.

Hard Copy: To request a hard copy of the document, please send an email and include your name and mailing address to [email protected].

Public Comment Period: DHCD must receive all public comments by 5pm on the last day of the public comment period, via email, [email protected] or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow four days for the post office to deliver your statement. 

 

Language and Translation Services: English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations will be available at the public hearing. Residents who require language interpretation in Vietnamese, Chinese-Mandarin/Cantonese, Amharic, or French must notify Tilla Hall at (202) 442-7239 or email [email protected] by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) relay service is available by calling (800) 201-7165.
