March 20, 2013 Public Hearing Big K Public Hearing Minutes

On March 20, 2013, DHCD held a public hearing on the proposed Big K Site disposition plan for 2228 – 2252 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. The public hearing was conducted in order to assure that citizens were informed about the selling of the properties identified above to the named buyer, and to ensure that all citizens had the opportunity to present publicly their views concerning the Big K site development.

FY2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) – Final Copy


Date Released: 

The DHCD FY2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) that was delivered to the Washington, DC Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Field Office on Thursday, December 26, 2013. The CAPER is a mandated report submitted annually to HUD, within 90 days  after the close of the fiscal year. The report includes performance data on how DHCD spent HUD funds for FY2013, including; Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Shelter Grant, and Housing Opportunity for People with AIDS funds.
