Regular Meeting Dates and Times: The HPTF Advisory Board has agreed to meet on the third Thursday of each month. The Board meets at 12:30 pm unless otherwise posted. Events may cause the meetings to be rescheduled from time-to-time and changes will be posted on DHCD's Events Calendar.

Location: Board meetings are held virtually and are open to the public, unless otherwise specified. Please review the current year meeting calendar for upcoming board meeting dates.
Meeting Minutes: Meeting minutes will be published in accordance with the Open Meetings Act (D.C. Official Code §2-571 et seq. (2015)). Approved Meeting minutes will be posted as soon as practicable.
Board Members: The statute provides for nine board members, appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, representing related categories, with four-year terms.
