Small Business Technical Assistance Request for Applications FY 2019
The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) through its Residential and Community Services Division, administers the small business technical assistance (SBTA) program. As part of its Neighborhood Based Activities, DHCD uses Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to partner with community based non-profit organizations to deliver technical assistance and small business support services in targeted commercial corridors. The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to solicit applications from non-profits to deliver those services.
