The Annual Action Plan (AAP) is mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) as part of the Consolidated Planning Process. The Action plan is used to preview the upcoming fiscal year use of federal funds and agency activities. The Action Plan covers proposed uses for the following federal entitlement programs:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)
- Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
