The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes a collaborative agreement between the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA).The DCHA will provide maintenance services for certain vacant and abandoned properties in the DHCD Property Acquisition and Disposition Development (PADD) property inventory.
