Below are the minutes from the Thursday, September 12, 2013, Housing Production Trust Fund Advisory Board meeting. The meeting took place at 10:00 am in the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Housing Resource Center.
The Annual Action Plan is both an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for federal funding and a forward-looking document that outlines what DHCD will use those funds for in the fiscal year from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014.
